This natural processed coffee is grown in the beautiful mountainous region of Mantiqueira de Minas, in southern Brazil.

Coffee trees were originally planted in the naturally fertile soil over 100 years ago by owner Abelardo Jose Montl’s great grandmother from Italy.

Roaster's Notes

Mantiqueira de Minas region is located in the southern part of Minas Gerais state, a region naturally gifted with unique conditions for the production of specialty coffees, with fertile soils, a predominance of sunlight and high elevations that vary between 900 and 1, 500 meters. 

Coffee trees were originally planted in the naturally fertile soil over 100 years ago by owner Abelardo Jose Montl’s great grandmother from Italy. Over the last century the family continued to work hard on the farm to ensure exceptional, prize winning coffee.

This coffee has been roasted with the home user in mind and is suited great for pour over, AeroPress and other common house hold brew methods.
