This single origin is from Franky Anibal’s La Ximena farm in the Cauca Region, home to Colombia’s best coffees.
The farm has been producing coffee for 30 years, using a unique honey processing method, where the ripest cherries are picked with some of the fruit left on before being fermented in barrels for up to 96 hours.

The La Ximena is located in the municipality of Timbio in the department of Cauca and has 2.2 hectares planted with coffee.
Franky Anibal Collazos Longo has been producing coffee for 30 years after his father gifted him a lot planted with coffee.
Using his income from the farm to study agricultural business administration, Franky works together with his father to apply new and informed techniques towards continuously improving the farm, crop and coffee quality.
