  • Roaster's Notes

    Without access to fertilisers or pesticides, much of the coffee grown in Yirgacheffe is produced with organic practises. Shade grown in the warm, tropical climate, the diverse microclimates in the region produce deliciously complex coffees. Chelbessa washing station serves as many as several hundred smallholder producers in the region. Delivering cherry throughout the harvest season, cherries received are blended into day lots before being processed.
