Las Mishas is a standout lot from 37 smallholder producers in the highland regions of Jaén and Colasay, Peru — an area celebrated for its dedication to growing high-quality Bourbon variety coffee. Colasay’s single-variety approach brings a clarity and consistency to the cup that’s hard to ignore.

This particular lot caught our team’s attention with its balance, sweetness, and ripe fruit character, making it an instant favourite. It make for an incredible soft-brew through your V60 or AeroPress.
