This washed Gesha reflects both tradition and progression: complex, elegant and meticulously processed. With only 9 hectares of coffee growing 13 varietals at Finca Patio Bonito, each lot is carefully cultivated, and this one is no exception.

    Finca Patio Bonito is a family-run farm nestled in the hills of Caldono, Cauca — and it’s as much a story of heritage as it is of innovation. Founded by Carlos Arturo Trujillo nearly 50 years ago, this farm has grown into a hub of experimentation and quality.

    Since 2022, Carlos’ daughter Paola Trujillo has brought her deep experience as a cupper and buyer to the farm, leading bold innovations in fermentation and processing. Her work has helped refine their washed and natural lots using techniques like thermal shock and anaerobic modulation — raising the quality bar even further.
