  • Roaster's Notes

    Our thirteen-year collaboration with buyer Mario Trochez and exporter Racafé provides improved infrastructure for growers in the Pescador region, north-east of Cauca, Colombia. To reduce processing coffees exposure to the elements and pests, drying tunnels are being constructed to improve the quality of coffee throughout the Pescador region.

    The tunnels allow producers to dry their parchment much more evenly and consistently, leading to higher yields of top-grade coffee, meaning the producers earn more money for their coffee.

    The Pescador is a key component of our iconic Allpress Espresso Blend and A.R.T. Espresso Roast, but it is so good and deserves to be showcased on it’s own too.
