Sourced from the renowned Central Valley region of Costa Rica, this exceptional lot comes from Beneficio Brumas Del Zurqui, a micromill in Heredia dedicated to producing outstanding specialty coffee. Managed by Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez and his family, this fourth-generation coffee operation combines tradition, innovation, and a relentless commitment to quality.

With juicy acidity and mellow fruit-like sweetness, it makes for an incredible morning brew.

    Since 2003, Juan and his family have pioneered innovative processing methods, expanded their infrastructure, and built a cupping lab and roastery to ensure each crop meets the highest standards. Despite labour shortages and industry challenges, Beneficio Brumas Del Zurqui remains dedicated to creating jobs, supporting the local economy, and uplifting the coffee-growing community – truly an exceptional producer to be working with and a delicious coffee to match!
